Report content made with Luxim

If a film or image made with Luxim depicts you, or breaks the rules, tell us here. You do not need a Luxim account, and you do not need to know who made it.

Content made in Luxim is private to the account that created it. The one way a film leaves that boundary is when the person who made it shares a link. So a report almost always concerns a shared link, or something exported from Luxim and posted elsewhere. Send us whatever you have; a link is the most useful single thing.

How to report

Email support@luxim.app with Report in the subject line. To let us act quickly, include what you can of:

  1. A link to the content, or the file itself if you have it. Do not attach anything you are not comfortable sending, and see the child-safety note below for the one case where you must not attach the material.
  2. Where you encountered it.
  3. What the problem is: for example, it depicts you or someone you represent without consent, it impersonates a real person, it infringes your rights, or it breaks the acceptable-use rules.
  4. If it depicts you, a way for us to confirm that, and a statement that you did not consent to it. We may ask for a signed statement to that effect, and we will not publish or share what you send us beyond acting on the report.
  5. How to reach you for follow-up.

If the content depicts you in an intimate or sexual way

This is treated as the most serious kind of report and handled ahead of everything else. Put Intimate image in the subject line. We remove non-consensual intimate imagery, including anything synthetic or altered, within 48 hours of a valid request, and we make reasonable efforts to remove identical copies as well. We do not require you to explain why it should come down. You do not have to send us the material itself; a link and a description are enough.

If the content involves a child

Do not send, link, or attach the material. Sharing it, even to report it, can itself be unlawful.

Report it directly to the authorities, who are equipped to act on it:

Then tell us at support@luxim.app with Urgent in the subject line, describing where you saw it, without the material. We act immediately and report to the authorities as the law requires.

What happens after you report

Ordinary reports: a first response within two working days.

Intimate imagery, a threat, or anything involving a child: within 24 hours, ahead of the queue.

Removal: content we confirm breaks the rules is taken down, and the account behind it is suspended or terminated. Where a shared link is the problem, the link is disabled so it stops working for anyone who has it.

We review every report against the Terms of Use. If we need more from you to act, we will ask. If we decide the content does not break the rules, we will tell you why.
